Dr. Bell grew up in Minnesota and is happy to now call Cary home. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1998.
Aimee is originally from Western New York and is now happy to call Holly Springs home. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Ryker. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2013. Aimee has been practicing dental hygiene for over 7 years. We are glad to have her join us as part of the Bell Family Dentistry Team.
Taylor was born and raised in Apex, NC. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Sandhills Dental Career Center in Aberdeen, NC in November 2020. She graduated at the top of her class. Her compassion and eagerness to provide excellent dental care makes her an amazing addition to our team. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and goes on walks with her dog Willow.

Katie was born and raised in Rochester, NH then moved to Apex, NC in the fall of 2014 worked with Dr. Bell and team from 2014-2017 and came back in June 2020. She is so happy to be back! As a hygienist, it is Katie’s priority to provide patients with oral care to best meet their individual needs in a friendly, gentle, and sincere manner.
We hope this newsletter finds you and your family in good health. We are very excited to see patients again at our office. Our community has been through a lot over the past couple of months and all of us are looking forward to getting back to our normal routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice as you probably noticed in your past visits to our office. Our infection control processes are designed such that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the US Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to ensure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations. Protocols we have created in our sterilization procedures include:
All operatory surfaces will be sprayed and wiped to keep the most sterile environment possible.
Items around the office (door knobs, bathrooms, countertops, pens, etc.) will be wiped down and sanitized every hour
Plexiglas shields are present to protect patients and staff
Medical grade, high-flow HEPA filtration unit in addition to office HVAC air filtration system
UV light sanitation of all patient treatment areas
As a result of our added protocols we have put in place to promote safety, you may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. For example:
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you as well as reduce the amount of patients at any one time.
